Why ShuleXtra exists
Schools across Tanzania were managing thousands of students on paper ledgers, WhatsApp groups, and Excel spreadsheets patched together over decades. Fee collection took weeks. Report cards took even longer. Parents had no visibility into their children's progress or fees.
ShuleXtra was built to solve those specific problems, with M-Pesa integration that actually works in Tanzania, NECTA grading tables that match what the Ministry requires, and support in Swahili from a team that understands Tanzanian school calendars.
