1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ShuleXtra, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including administrators, teachers, parents, and students.
2. Use of the Platform
ShuleXtra is provided for legitimate school management purposes only. You agree not to misuse the platform, access it without authorisation, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that could harm other users or the platform itself.
3. Account Responsibilities
The school administrator is responsible for all activity under the school account. You must keep login credentials secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. Each user must use their own login credentials.
4. Payment & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as agreed. Invoices are issued in TZS. Failure to pay within 14 days of invoice due date may result in account suspension. ShuleXtra does not provide refunds for partial months or unused features.
5. Data & Privacy
Your use of ShuleXtra is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data entered into the system. ShuleXtra stores and processes your data only as required to operate the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance via email and system notification. ShuleXtra is not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control including network outages or force majeure events.
7. Limitation of Liability
ShuleXtra (PixelLinx) is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. On termination, school data is retained for 30 days during which you may export it, after which it is permanently deleted. ShuleXtra may terminate accounts immediately for breach of these terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved in Tanzanian courts or by mutually agreed arbitration in Tanzania.
